- Your quotationWe compare the replies on quality, communication and price, and we ask whether the sample cost can be credited toward a first order.
- Samples from multiple makersWe test the samples before we choose, and work on the design with the maker we choose.
- A first order, then re-ordersWe place a first order, then re-order as sales grow.

Do you work with new manufacturers?
Yes. For each product we request quotations from several manufacturers, including ones we have not worked with before.
How do you choose a manufacturer?
We compare quotations on quality, communication and price, order samples from several makers and test them. Then we choose one maker and settle the details together.
What should a quotation include?
Unit prices at the quantities we ask for, in US dollars, FOB your port, with your standard packaging; your production time and payment terms; and the sample cost and time. Your own quotation format is fine.
Do you pay for samples?
Yes. We pay for samples, and we ask whether the sample cost can be credited toward a first production order.
How are designs and artwork protected?
Our logo and packaging artwork go to the maker we choose after a confidentiality agreement (NNN).
Where are your products sold?
Online, to customers in the United States.
